Shipping & Returns

we offer free shipping & free returns on almost every item we carry, so there's no risk. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. And if your item(s) is eligible, we'll also issue you a free return label. Just follow these simple guidelines:

1. Returned items must be in new condition.
We will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.

2. The original packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.
Please pack sneakers, shoes box, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoes box, using the shoes box as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

3. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.
Call Customer Service for a defective item return authorization code. We will only exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping Charges: 

If the item(s) purchased is not eligible for free shipping & free returns, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact customer service.

Items Returned for Exchange: 

If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund.
